From July 2017 to July 2019, The Consultative Institute for Socio-Economic Development of Rural and Mountainous Areas (CISDOMA) implemented the project “Adaptive Livelihoods Ensuring Food Security and Responding to Climate Change for Vulnerable Communities in Vietnam,” funded by Bread for the World (BfdW), the Australia Fund for the Peoples of Asia and the Pacific (AFAP), and some local sources.
The project’s goal was to contribute to improving the resilience of vulnerable communities through enhanced understanding of local climate change and the application of adaptive agricultural production methods. The project was implemented in Tam Duong district (Lai Chau province) and Nga Nam town (Soc Trang province) with a total budget of 205,000 EUR.
