The project “Strengthening Production and Marketing Structures for Organic Agricultural Products in Northern Vietnam” by the Danish Asia Development Agency (ADDA) was implemented in two provinces, Hoa Binh and Tuyen Quang, with the aim of supporting farmer groups in remote and mountainous areas of the two provinces to increase their income by developing organic production and accessing the market.
The Consultative Institute for Socio-Economic Development of Rural and Mountainous Areas (CISDOMA) conducted the final evaluation for this project to:
- Assess the impact of the Project on the target groups and beneficiaries of the Project.
- Evaluate the level of participation of the community and stakeholders in the Project implementation process.
- Identify expected and unintended impacts, lessons learned and best practices, as well as challenges during implementation.
- Provide conclusions and recommendations as lessons learned for future interventions.
