From 2020 to 2022, CISDOMA and the People’s Committee of Que Phong district successfully coordinated the implementation of the project “Enhancing legal knowledge and providing legal assistance to ensure equal land rights for ethnic minority women.” The project was sponsored by the INKOTA organization (Federal Republic of Germany) and implemented in 13 communes and towns of the district. Building on the success of this project, CISDOMA and the Que Phong District People’s Committee developed a project named “Raising Income and Enhancing Gender Equality for Ethnic Minorities in Que Phong district, Nghe An province.” The project aims to support ethnic minority women in 3 communes: Nam Nhoong, Cam Muon, and Tien Phong in Que Phong district, to proactively participate in the management and use of land to improve agricultural and forestry production efficiency and develop the family economy. The project has been committed to be funded by the INKOTA organization for implementation from April 2023 to December 2026.

The project was approved for reception by the Ministry of Home Affairs under Decision No. 681 dated August 28, 2023.

The total capital of the project is 350,852 EUR.
