“Reviewing and Assessing the Implementation Status of Agricultural Land Policies in Practice and Proposing Adjustments to Facilitate Land Concentration and Accumulation for Agricultural Sector Restructuring” (06/2019 – 10/2019)
On June 10, 2013, the Government approved the Project “Restructuring the Agricultural Sector towards Enhancing Added Value and Sustainable Development – (VNSAT Project)” under Decision No. 899/QĐ-TTg. The project’s objectives focused on maintaining growth, improving efficiency and competitiveness through increasing productivity, quality, and added value of the agricultural sector, raising income and improving living standards for rural residents, and ensuring sustainable development.
The Consultative Institute for Socio-Economic Development of Rural and Mountainous Areas (CISDOMA) conducted this consultancy package to achieve the goal of reviewing the current status of agricultural land at the local level and proposing land policies to suggest new policy mechanisms on land, especially agricultural land, to facilitate land concentration and accumulation for the restructuring of the agricultural sector.
